Welcome to Beauty Within by Jasmine. By using this website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Website Use
This website is provided for information about Beauty Within by Jasmine services, treatments and training. Whilst every effort is made to ensure information is accurate and up to date, Beauty Within by Jasmine reserves the right to amend information, pricing and services at any time.
2. Bookings and Deposits
Bookings for semi-permanent makeup treatments and training courses require a deposit to secure the appointment.
Appointments are confirmed only once the required deposit has been received.
Consultations and medical suitability are assessed before booking confirmation. If treatment is not considered suitable, the appointment will not be booked.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Beauty Within by Jasmine requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Where a genuine medical issue arises after booking and prevents treatment, deposit refunds may be considered at the discretion of Beauty Within by Jasmine.
4. Medical Information
Clients undergoing semi-permanent makeup treatments may be required to complete medical and consent forms before treatment.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and honest medical information to ensure safe treatment.
Beauty Within by Jasmine reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
5. Training Courses
Training course deposits and booking requirements are subject to the same booking and cancellation terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, branding, logos and written material, is the property of Beauty Within by Jasmine and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
7. Liability
Beauty Within by Jasmine aims to ensure all website information is accurate; however, no guarantee is provided regarding completeness or accuracy.
