Beauty Within by Jasmine – Refund, Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Beauty Within by Jasmine, appointment times and training dates are reserved exclusively for each client. Please read the following policy carefully before booking.

Deposits & Booking

A deposit is required to secure all semi-permanent makeup and training appointments.

Appointments or training courses are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits contribute towards the total treatment or training cost.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable if you:

• Cancel your appointment

• Fail to attend your appointment

• Change your mind about treatment or training

• Do not follow pre-appointment instructions which result in treatment being unable to proceed

Medical Suitability & Refunds

Client safety is my priority.

Where possible, medical suitability is discussed during consultation before booking and deposit payment is taken.

If a medical condition or contraindication arises after booking which makes treatment unsafe or unsuitable, Beauty Within by Jasmine reserves the right to review the circumstances and may offer a deposit refund at its discretion.

Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Rescheduling requests are considered on an individual basis and may be subject to deposit transfer conditions.

Repeated appointment changes may require a new deposit.

Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrival may reduce available treatment time or, in some cases, result in cancellation of the appointment with loss of deposit.

Failure to attend without notice will result in loss of deposit.

Refunds for Treatments & Training

Due to the nature of semi-permanent makeup treatments and training services, refunds cannot be provided once treatment or training has taken place.

Results may vary between individuals and are influenced by factors including skin type, lifestyle, healing process and aftercare compliance.
